Villetta Phasiana – Fažana, Istria (Brijuni National Park)
Villetta Phasiana is a charming boutique hotel situated in the small fishing village of Fažana, on the west coast of Istria, directly opposite the Brijuni Islands National Park. The hotel is only 20 meters from the sea, 5 km from the city of Pula and 12 km from Pula International Airport.

Designed in a rustic Italian style with antique and handmade furnishings, Villetta Phasiana offers a warm, intimate atmosphere and a high level of personalized service. The hotel features 21 rooms, most with sea views, with a total capacity of 46 beds, making it ideal for small groups, individual travelers, and guests seeking an authentic boutique experience.

Although our main season is summer, the hotel is open year-round and is also well suited for business travelers, off-season leisure guests, and small corporate or incentive groups visiting Istria.

Villa Tuttorotto – Rovinj Old Town
Our sister property, Villa Tuttorotto, is located in the heart of Rovinj’s Old Town, just 100 meters from the main square, with beautiful views overlooking the sea. The hotel offers 7 individually designed rooms, all with sea views, combining rustic charm with modern technology and comfort.
